Title: USA to leave afghanistan fighting in 2013.

US moving from battling to training then leaving in 2014.

1st time the USA has put a timeline.
keeps obama's promise to remove our men by 2014.

Does it cut off repubs at the knees who say we need to leav afghanistan?
