Tampa, FL — Florida’s primary might not be over just yet.
The Newt Gingrich campaign is gearing up to challenge the results of the florida primary based on the Republican National Committee’s own rules which state that no contest can be winner take all prior to April 1, 2012. (See attached RNC memo.)
The Gingrich campaign plans to challenge Florida’s winner take all status & demand proportional allocation of delegates.
Fox News has learned that Thursday, a Florida Gingrich campaign official will begin the process of trying to have the RNC rules enforced so that the Sunshine State delegates are proportionately allocated.

Again, political malpractice. Newt should suck it up and admit je lost and sharpen his game.
This whining nonsense dosed not work

HAHAHAAHAAAAA Go away Newt.
-
This would be unfair to Ron Paul and Santorum - they purposefully avoided the state because they knew it was winner-take-all.

What would Newts response be if he won FL and Romney pulled this stunt? Oh yeah... LOL!!

I know Newt is a very smart guy but too many people close to him have said he lacks discipline. That worries me in the biggest leadership position in the country. I hope he runs out of $ soon and steps aside. Let Mitt raise more money so he can contend with the huge Obama machine and their massive donors.
