Has anyone tried these? I just recently heard them mentioned on Dr. Oz. Very low cal/low carb (10 cal/2 oz). I've only been able to find the tofu ones at the store, which I've read are kinda rubbery. They are found in the produce section and are "wet packed".

yup. It's ok. No flavor at all. passes pretty much right through you. Some farmers markets/asain markets hae them. You can buy them online.
