ll cool j is pretty jacked for a good rapper though. and when i think about it, rappers are muscular compared to other music artists.. busta rhymes, dr dre recently, 50 cent etc..

yeah seems like a lot of bodybuilders lack any co-ordination when it comes to understanding how to do lunges

it's very easy but hard for them?....?
