Title: How long to prime on gh?

I've been on 4 iu thanktropin for 5 days. I was planning on priming at that does for a total of 25 days (1 kit), then upping the dose to 5 iu and adding 16 weeks of sustanon at 350mg/wk and anavar at 100mg ed for the first 8 weeks. Is this a good period for priming or should I prime longer?

In bodybuilding for the poor 3, gh15 recommends 50 days for priming. Then drop gh for 30 days.  Then re-add it for an additional 30 or 60 days.
