Okay ::) I will eat chick fila breakfast everyday and drink mountain dews and then have hardees for lunch and dinner. I would look like a bloated turd after two weeks of that. Clean eating is good for your body makes you look better. Nothing wrong with eating cheat meals it's still good to get in some clean food at least two meals a day.

Sweet, I really like butter. I eat around 3000-3500 calories a day right now. A stick of butter has 810 calories. So if I have a stick of butter for breakfast, lunch, and dinner I should get ripped. Right? 3 sticks = 2430 calories. Shredded?

Jezebelle and I probably go through a few lbs of butter a week easily. Except we make exceptional food, whereas you don`t have a clue what to do with it. So yes, it is possible to eat a ton of butter and remain extremely lean.
I am the leanest I have ever been in my life at 161 lbs. I wish it were warmer than 50 degrees so I would have reason enough to not wear a shirt and take a picture.

A little butter tastes great, yes and you could get shredded as in low bodyfat yes, you just wouldn't maintain muscle. TA isn't stating anything crazy. At my leanest I've eaten a tub of Haagen Dasz every day along with numerous "junk" foods and I was getting my protein solely from hemp protein powder. Look at gh15's posts, he even tells you that you can eat ice cream and be shredded.

I am sure he is like most people whereas if they get a taste of the bad shit then they go nuts with it and don't stop. It's easier to suffer a week and then not trip to much off of not having it. Sugar is a drug man.

All I know is when I eat clean. I lose weight. When I eat fast food I gain weight. Maybe my body is just weird like that.

I always have a tough time getting through those first few days. After about a week I lose all those cravings, plus I start seeing the changes, so I don't even think about those junk calories anymore other than an occasional cheat meal.

Im on a diet since 2 weeks. really sux and I get cravings all the time. otherwise when not dieting I usually have chocolate every day 100-200 grams.
best thing about staying away from junk is that my skin really clears up. no blackheads, no pimpels. saturated fats really fucks up your skin...
