I once did bodyweight squats to failure. It wasn't bad. You just suddenly don't have enough strength to get up, recuperate for a few seconds on the ground and your ok and could go for 10 more. Carry on life.

Yes, I was bodybuilding since 18 but the last 3 months I started doing crossfit. I'm not bigger, leaner, stronger, faster, injuries are gone, it's fun, my endurance is through the roof and I have a good chance of making regionals. Ultimate goal is to win the games.

it took me 1 hour and 15 min to do 1200 squats like this when i use to smoke alot of weed and eat haagen dasz during the workout. this kinda workout gets you ripped and also just makes you hungry

Did it in under 16 minutes 8) left a puddle of sweat and my legs were sore for a week :P
Tried it after reading that Ken Shamrock as that part of the test to let join his team was to do 500 squats in a row among other physical and skill tasks 100 push-ups 100 crunches etc non stop)
Good leg workout for a change if you have a injury and can't squat heavy.

I'm more impressived by this than when you see these guys half squatting massive weight ..No need to go heavy (more than 2-3 plates a side) when you squat with good form like this...
