I have a glass of chocolate milk with egg whites every night, man.

The last tub of protein I bought was a few months back and it's still about half full. Fuck those powders. Nestle Quik is the only way to go.

say what u will strawberry and chocolate milk make you fucking strong. If i wanted to be strong i would drink strawberry and chocolate milk in the gallons. Not skim or 2% whole unless getting to fat then go to 2% that shit is almost like a mild steroid as far as strength is concerned.

Back in the 70's when it was just known as nesquick there were rumours that there was dball in it.

Today's Quick is not the same at all.  Just like the original ultimate orange and Greatstuff will never be replicated.
