Title: Flex Pro - Lionel Brown one week out
Post by: Ron on February 12, 2012, 09:39:00 AM: At the 2012 NPC Gold Contest contest in San Diego, Lionel Brown guest posed, one week out from the Flex Pro Bodybuilding Contest (which is next Saturday). Here are some pics of Lionel on stage, much heavier and more muscular than he has been.

to bad about that chest.... and we have not seen the legs....
calves well.... 80% of ifbb has oiled them up... i remember a mr O with terrible oiled up calves lol...
same goes for the abs lol...
chest is not torn.... what's his name has a chest like that 2.... Quicy taylor i think....
though this dudes is much worse..

dude is a pro, so he won a few shows as amateur....
but yeah he won't be winning the big shows... but looks better then Heinz Senior lolol!

The question is - in this week, can he lose the water, revine his shape and come into the Flex Pro looking quite a bit more impressive that he did? Some people say nope, but quite a few others says he will be 10 pounds lighter and will be ready.
