Aaaahhh Linda... I used to do this in my Crossfit days.

Fran was probably my favorite.  Body armor Murph was the hardest I ever did though.

Rob bringing teh funny :D ;)

Honestly, when I was a wiry little 14-year-old jerkoff sold on Art Jones' bullshit and I could run through 12 of his Nautilus machines, each set to utter failure, yeah ... even though I was 5'6" and 150 ripped, I reckon I could have handled those weights for as many reps inside of a piddly 4 minutes.

One wonders, however:  what does this video have to do with STRENGTH?

There's something that really bugs me about dropping the bar after a deadlift.

Nice!

I'm not certain his muscle ups were legit and your feet need to be touching the wall when you finish the handstand push up.

To each their own, after bodybuilding for 6 years I started to really dislike it.

Good thing about crossfit is that no matter what you enjoy performance wise, you can still do crossfit while focusing on that specific performance.

Funny thing is I'm stronger, bigger, leaner, fitter etc in just 3 months of doing crossfit.
