Title: How a bodybuilder & his gym recover from disaster of Tsunami

Mr.Ishikawa(石川栄一) ,a Japanese bodybuilder who 5 times winner of -60kg .
His gym which located at Higashima-tsushima,Miyagi, was ruined in “JAPAN - 2011 – Tsunami”
but only 4 months later (July 11th),his gym has been recovered.
And he keeps training.

So its decided johnie jackson does not have the worst barbell curl in the business....this Japanese guy is worse yet.   MC did you teach him this movement or will this be another line from Chick claiming its simply a movement to get blood to the muscle.  Anyway you cut it bad-bad-bad display of gym work.

he is doing dumbbell cheating curls with forced reps ;)
