Title: Am I wrong for wanting to put my girl on a cycle?
Post by: steamboatwillie on February 16, 2012, 12:26:59 PM
We're getting married in a few months so she's been going to the gym and doing weights EOD and cardio everyday.  I have her on a push, pull, legs spilt with 20 minutes of cardio after, and 40 minutes on off days.  The closest I can get het to a diet is not eating fried foods or sugar more than one day a week, but she loves to eat and will never cut out starches or sauces, and will definitely not count calories.  Over the past 3 months she has gone from 181 to 170 and has tightened up a little bit.  She wants more progress (especially seeing me about 6 weeks into phase 3 and the changes I've made) but I would have to spin it just right to get her to take anything.

I was thinking that 5mg anavar, 50-100mcg t3, and some bronkaid/caffiene/asprin would really get her looking great....am I wrong for this?

any married guy will tell you - they're on their best eating behavior BEFORE they get married.

Also, her 'fantasy of someday having a 3 way' seems to disappear too.  just sayin'.

I would keep her away from the roids...

Get her to cycle Eph for 6 weeks, T4 for 3 weeks, Eph for 6 weeks, T4 for 3 weeks and then come off. Keep an eye on her weight and have her do more cardio the more she eats.

Yep, you would be. Girls to look good just need cardio and diet. A little lifting doesn't hurt.

it's her decision, i wouldn't try to pressure women into doing anything like that especially when it comes to their body because that's an area they have severe self esteem issues and will more than likely be coerced into doing something that actually don't want to.

also 5mg of anavar is pretty low even for women, 100mcg of t3 will help but it will also increase her appetite. try the ECA route first just to curb her hunger, then try t3 if you want to break through some plateaus. anavar if she is extremely serious about bodybuilding and not just using it for the stairmaster. but it's up to you and her on how you want to do it, i'm sure other people will have different advice.

Make her get off her ass would be a start lol. Women are bone idol when it comes to these issues. Isn't it funny how they loose the weight after they have been cheated on for being a mess and ended up single but never when they are "comfy" lol

Ok thanks guys.

I was thinking the anavar with the t3 just to counter some catabolism and keep her strength up (shes really proud of her strength gains).  I just see her get down on herself and am sitting there thinking "well, you could do this...." But I don't know if I should present it to her or not.

Seriously it's a fact that she'll be over 200 pounds in a few years.

A chick that can't/won't control her eating habbits is a doomed marriage from the start.

Show us some pictures so we can best determine what cycle would be best, body structure plays a huge role.

NO. If she can't discipline her diet then don't put her on roids or fat burners. They should be used as last resort and since she's too lazy to diet than she shouldn't be on them. They aren't a magic pill for a woman.

I agree in principle that if she won't diet strict then she shouldn't use....but a whole lot of us are being hypocrites with that.  I mean how many of us have juiced and really only half-assessing counted our protein and nothing else.

And yes....I know the weight is going to go up (which is part of why I want her to lose a lot now).  When we met she was about 140 and looked great, but every ounce she gained went straight to het stomach....no extra ass....no cup size bump....so yeah, its been tough keeping the same enthusiasm in the bedroom.  At the end of the day, I love her for the person she is....but wouldn't mind if that person was in a smokin' hot shell.

The "person she is" will double...because you've shown that you are ok with her weight gain...
She has her cake, and she will eat it too, all of it.

Women do that "lose weight before..." deal, which includes, Homecoming, Prom, graduation, vacations to the beach, weddings...even if they are not getting married,
and you know what? They gain it back. Accept it, you will marry a fat chick, and once she has kids, she'll get bigger...
It's up to her to discipline herself, and both of you to keep good foods in the house---no sodas, junk food, stop going to fast food joints, going out to eat. And stay at home and preparing meals.

A 40 pound gain? That's alot. If she can't lose that right now than steroids will just bloat her up even more.

She should want to lose that on her own.....that's hefty...even if she's a tall girl.

You/her will think steroids/fat burners are a magic pill and she'll stop working out altogether.

Clue her in that you think she looks like crap...then maybe she'll find the motivation to eat right.

btw YOU CAN'T MAKE HER while you're with her

the only way she'll consider it is if you flat dump her. no not threaten to dump, i'm talking DUMP HER ASS.

bro. i'm being gravely serious when i tell you this, DO NOT MARRY HER. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT!!! i'm warning you. a girl like this has already demonstrated characteristic relationship complacency. she will get fat in a hurry and all that "I love her for the person she is" is bull shit. i mean, seriously lets face it: it's bull shit, you're not kidding anyone with a statement like that. and in one year's time she'll have gained 20 or 30 lbs and you'll be looking for a way out!

So the message you want to convey is 'you can't do it without drugs'.

Dude wtf? just coach her with her training and diet, leave drugs out of this.

Take a look at yourself next, anything she might want to change about you? perhaps she's going to suggest some plastic surgery..
Slippery slope n all...

She hates my snoring and wants me to get half my throat and nasal passages cut out. LOL

She's working her ass off and doing more of a diet than she's ever done before (which I'll be the first to admit could still be way better) and she's lost 11lbs. in 3 months (while probably gaing a few pounds of muscle).  Definite progress....I'm just worried its not enough to keep her going.

I'm a naturally fat guy so I know its going to be a life long fight, but I feel if she can pick up some wins it will keep her in the fight.

I was going to ask you about the snoring, and you answered it. If you lose weight, it may stop the snoring...
And I've never seen a "naturally" fat person in my life---it's always been them "naturally" eating more than they should.

Can`t commit to diet,cardio, and training........get on steroids!!  ;D

Unfortunately this is the route most people who can`t dedicate themselves take.

Only use drugs when you are 100% committed to training and diet for a lengthly period of time.

People like this have to get serious and make training a lifestyle change for the better.

And I've never seen a "naturally" fat person in my life---it's always been them "naturally" eating more than they should.

I snored just as bad at 240 as I do at 320.  By naturally fat I mean I ate picture perfect for 2 years (it was hell on my life)...did cardio every morning, ran peptides, a little test, t3, ai's, and many different stims.....went from 347 to 240 a never had more than 2 visible abs, yet lost a shit ton of muscle.  As soon as I relaxed I ballooned to 270.  Now I just keep on 5iu hgh, rotate my anabolics, eat clean 80% of the time and I'm 320, almost as lean as I was at 240, and I have a life.

So yes, without drugs I'm not much to look at....which is probably why I'm so tempted to get her on them.   I'm a much better, happier, person with goodies in my system.
