im canadian and dont follow american politics that closely.
but i will say that obama seems like a genuninely down to earth guy and quite likeable. perhaps not what the americans want in a leader, but good for him for being so and staying that way despite his office.

but i will say that obama seems like a genuninely down to earth guy and quite likeable. perhaps not what the americans want in a leader, but good for him for being so and staying that way despite his office.

To the Canadian...Maybe he is more down to earth in person but he often comes off like he is lecturing and doesn't unite people like Reagan... frequently blaming others for problems and doesn't do well with criticism. I do respect the fact that he seems like an excellent father. Pic is funny though, hand right to the ass.

reagan was a legend. i doubt any other leaders globally in the years to come will have his persona, diplomacy and stature. when you think of the prototypical 'leader' for the US. you carbon copy reagan and your ahead of the game.

Agree no one. Unfortunately, its hard to elect moderates (like Reagan) in our system because you have to win over the extreme wing of the party to get the nomination (and backing $). President Obama is very presidential and I respect all presidents but too much spending, government influence, divisiveness and lecturing. Wish we could elect another reagan.
