Looks pretty good. Elbows stay up which is good, back looks solid. Lower the safety bars though, you shouldn't touch them.

Looks pretty good. I trained with an OL coach about 10 years ago and the best tip I can remember for front sq/oly squat is try and sit between your legs, not on top.

Woah that's really good to hear guys. I was blessed with legs of a spider and it's taken years to get to this point. If I had someone yelling at me to keep my elbows up, I think I could do 10-20lbs more.

Good squats bro.....three suggestions that I think will help you:
1.-Lower the safety bars as stated earlier in thread.........the jarring effect you get when hitting them can screw up a set in no time.
2.-Tape your wrists with athletic tape......trust me on this.
3.-Keep your head up a bit more..........focus on a spot on the wall slightly above eye level.......this will help keep you upright.

if you squat 405 for reps, 315 front squat is pretty easy
