Title: Anti-Wrinkle Cream
Post by: The RedMeatKid on February 18, 2012, 09:02:11 PM: I noticed lines forming around my eyes. What brand of anti-wrinkle cream is the best? Aging is unacceptable for me.

Retinols (Vit A Acid/Gel) and Vitamin E Oil (100%)

But those two work great - Vit A keeps skin acne free (best exfoliator there is) and clear (on cycle).

There is no scientific evidence that any of these creams do anything. Botox straightens the epitelium and thus eliminates wrinkles because it paralyzes skin cells and without them moving no wrinkles show, but the effect is only temporary. Besides Botox, nothing works. In fact, skin creams might accelerate the ageing process of skin because it dries moisture, closes skin prores which decreases elimination of toxins and many skin creams contain petrolatum which increases oxidative stress in cells.

Aloe vera gel works pretty damn good. I put the gel on under my eyes at night. It's like having an eye lift. It tightens the skin.
