i turned it off after 50 seconds so i won't kill myself, but must admit this looks like a good cardio workout. beats the treadmill.

No swiss ball = no bodybuilding
Over 6-8 reps = not getbigger
High endurance training = healthy cardiovascular system = non bodybuilder
Haha if u keep training like that you will live a long healthy disease free life. Your discipline and work ethic sickens me.

seriousely though that is a good workout. now try this, find yourself a hill take along 2- 50 lb dbs. carry said dbs up the hill press 10 times than carry down hill 10 reps presses again, keep going as long as you can see if you can make 20 circuits without stopping. post video of your attempt.
