Title: How does this diet look?
Post by: Oly15 on February 20, 2012, 12:25:00 PM
Take all vitamins and supps morning and night.

Meal 1:

5 eggs, 1.5 cup of oatmeal, supps, multi

40 g protein, 81 g carbs, 5 g fat

Meal 2:

8 oz chicken, 2 cups of rice, 2 slices of cheese

61 g protein, 87 g carbs, 13 g fat

Meal 3:

8 oz chicken, 2 cups of rice

56 g protein, 87 g carbs

- Workout -

Post WO shake:

50 g whey

Meal 4:

8 oz chicken, 2 cups rice, 2 slices cheese

56 g protein, 87 g carbs

Meal 5:

8 oz chicken, 1 potato, 1 tbsp olive oil

56 g protein, 30 g carbs

Calories are a little above 4000 I think. Overall how does everything look for a bulking diet? It won't be this clean every single day, as I'm sure I'll eat out once in a while and have some dirty foods.

Just thinking you are eating a shitload of rice and carbs.  Maybe cut down to 1 cup instead of 2.  Not sure why you don't have carbs in your PWO shake.

For growth, I'd cut down the carbs a bit so you don't look like a bloated fool, then add 2 more protein shakes a day mixed in.  Also add some good oils.  Fish oils.  COSTCO!

Well my weight is 215 lbs right now so I figured I should be takin in at least 400 g and I'm not even hitting that. So drop the rice to one cup per meal? And I'm already taking flax and fish oil and all that good stuff is in my supplement/nutrient cabinet.

I'm 6'0, approx 215 lbs 13-14% bodyfat. 19 years.

agree too much rice its over 80 grams per meal,,,i get sluggish if i eat too much brown rice and i love b rice after eating too much,,i would grind up oats in with protein shake too as well,,,
