His form is not quite refined in the way his words would indicate it might be. But I have seen much worse, that's for sure.

1. No different between flyes and regula rinclinpresses.
2. Like the hammer bcz u can go deeper - he isent even half the way down...
3. He still belive some excesises can "form" the pecs???

i agree te flyes were horrible... why not just lower the weight and keep your arms straighter and go deeper. you think him or his prized trainer would realize that.

proper form doesnt mean you have to do full range of motion. most big guys train in the portion of the rep where tension is maximal, and just stay right there in that sweet spot during the set. what dexter means by form is isolation, contraction, squeezing, and not using body momentum.

Its not about that. The thing is the talk s much bullshit when everything of their succes is about steorids and gentetics....I dont know If the are aware of their own lies or just belive them self...thats the thing that suprice me
