Do you really need a Multi-Mineral Vitamin or is it better to take them all individually. Here are mine. Please tell me if i need to add something.
Vitamin shop brands-
ultimateMan- Which i feel might be useless
c-500 complex 2-3 a day
omega-3 fish oil 2400 MIGs a day
calcium 1500/magnesium 750/zinc 45
vitamin e 800 iu a day
chromium picolinate 400 MIGs a day
If i got rid of the multi which says it has everything in it? What other vitamin-minerals should i get. Thanks.

::) Men's Health.
At least they're half right. Multi's are more of a longevity thing. If you're diet is balanced enough you can get away without using one, but if you BB/work out consistently then its more of a necessity either way.

yes, multivitamins are very important.

I didnt use a multi for the longest time and then when I started lifting regularly I started taking GNC Mega Men. I switched to Animal Pak eventually but I havent had the extra cash to buy a multi for the past month so I have been without. I have noticed quite a difference in my lifting experience as far as muscle pump and training to failure without a multi. I get less of a pump and failure seems to come sooner, for me a good multi is essential. I would recommend Animal Pak to everyone.

Dump the VS multi and get the GNC Mega Man or Ultra Mega Gold (without iron). I think you'll see a huge difference in your strength and endurance. :-*

I don't use multivitamins.
Instead, I try to make sure to eat balanced. I get a blood test taken twice a year to make sure primarily the iron intake is high enough.
I used to take C vitamins, but nowadays I prefer eating fruits that are rich in C vitamins instead.
If anything, make sure that your multivitamins are LOW dosed. Particulary when it comes to fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K).

Care to explain why. (What kind a A, how much E, what about D with Calcium?)
