Republicans Losing Interest in Presidential Race

A new Associated Press-GfK poll finds interest in the Republican presidential race is slipping: Just 40% of Republicans say they have a great deal of interest in following the contest, compared with 48% in December.

Key findings: Only 23% are strongly satisfied with the field and 40% said they are dissatisfied with the candidates running.

The stragglers are finally giving up?  No surprise.   The rest of the country gave up six months ago.

its early.   once a nomniee is picked and Obama starts w his smear machine and lies and demonic deception, repubs will close ranks and support whoever it is.

Tell me simply - will the usa be better off or worse off if obama gets another term?

perhaps.  But that would defy hisotry.  In 2008, 18% of repub voters from 04 stayed home because they didn't liek the moderate candidate.  You think that will change with Mitt - whu again?

Tell me simply - will the usa be better off or worse off if obama gets another term?

worse.  however that is a completely diff topic/thread.  You seem to think anyone who understands the FACT that repub voting enthusiasm is down is somehow endorsing obama.  That's a false connection.
