yes i am worthless after work if i dont have a raw veggie shake atleast twice a day.
i really do not like eating raw veggies in a shake, yes sometimes i put in a raw potatoe in my juicer. it tastes bad but you know what i feel fucking awesome when i consume it
but i know i need a good balance of raw and cooked , if i do all raw i hit a wall

Mix up a gasoline and motor oil shake and pound it down immediately after training..........nothin g quite as good for you.
Has to be Premium hi-test gas though.................. kind of expensive but worth the extra bucks! ;)

dont be dumb, motor oil will only late the digestion process, you need absorve all the high-octanagens compounds fast, real fast.
Otherwise the "oportunity window" will close and then catabolism starts eat muscle tissue

Buy a slow cooker a big one. Mine allows me to make about 8-9 full meals out of it. Get in from work, put all the ingrediants in the thing with water, switch on, go back to it in the morning.
Fucking lovely stews, currys, anything with moisture.. oh and the meat melts away in your mouth.
Easy to get 1-2kgs of veggies in a week this way, just buy frozen!

Johnny, the iron found in liver tabs is heme iron and is related to studies done on rats and large increases in energy.
And while my second line in the post above is sarcastic, I do take ACV every day. Energy, and internal cleaning.

You worry about cancer only? The body needs many things Johnny.. yes too much meat can make you ill, but you still need some. The body needs a large array of nutrients, minerals, chemicals etc to fight off infections and prevent disease. You cannot sustain this just from plant matter. You need varied diet. The fact is most people just eat too much of the wrong foods.
I would not worry about cancer, one day you will die anyway. Eat well, balanced, look after yourself the best you can and let the rest fall down to nature.
