here it is. clearly he built his physique with heavy weights and proper ROM and steroids. now just pumps the shit out of himself with micro reps and slin.

so he moved the bench so he could do one arm cable curls from a stretched position
but didnt stretch while doing the rep did 1/8 of the movement..somehow that doesn't make sense

i agree. i could see how that exercise would feel good for the bicep but you are right, he didn't let it out..
