Look at the difference in the way he trains and the way Evan trains... now look at their physiques... they both have access to the best hormones i'll assume.  So all things being equal, that kind of says something.

honestly i don't think it has anything to do with training... huh was just born     that    way  :'(

plus didn't someone post a vid of him squatting 700+ for like 9 reps?  that was actually pretty impressive.

here it is. clearly he built his physique with heavy weights and proper ROM and steroids. now just pumps the shit out of himself with micro reps and slin.

but didnt stretch while doing the rep did 1/8 of the movement..somehow that doesn't make sense

i agree.  i could see how that exercise would feel good for the bicep but you are right, he didn't let it out..
