Yeah that's the first thing I noticed. He's all chalking up to use foam handled free motion equipment with a weightbelt and can hardly stay awake for his own workout. I personally only chalk up for cardio but that's just me. The tiredness is from the excessive ROM utilized, not the 40ius of GH used per day ::)

The fella weighs 300lbs he needs the belt to keep the waist tight.
keeps it real with the training vids, too bad he doesn't disclose his drug regimen too.
