I think the best type of cardio is to do short intense burst for about 10 minutes and then not eat anything for about an hour. Isn't this how layne norton does it?
correct me if I'm wrong
my goal is to stay lean with muscle shape

if a method works in theory and you can replica it then i beleive its sound judgment
