Title: cardio for about 10 minutes and then wait an hour before eating?

I think the best type of cardio is to do short intense burst for about 10 minutes and then not eat anything for about an hour. Isn't this how layne norton does it?


correct me if I'm wrong

my goal is to stay lean with muscle shape

the way layne norton stays leans is hyperdosing trenbolona and minidozing hgh
