Dexter training is terribly boring. Like most of these champions, actually. How Charles stands the tedium is anyone's guess.

Observation: watch the background as Dex trains. All I saw were skinny schmoes(prob brought a brown paper bag in case), ppl who look like they rarely go to a gym, and some females absolutely killing those 2.5lb dumbbells. This is the Mecca of bodybuilding? ::)

He's prepping for a show, just a couple of weeks out. He's not training for size; he's working on detail.
If you think it's all drugs, why don't you inject what he does and see how many Arnold Classics and Olympias you win (BTW, Dex has 3 ASCs and 1 Sandow).

Of course, I'm waiting for the "All Drugs" posters, to start injecting away with the "secret stacks" of the pros (I'm sure someone will gin up what Dexter supposedly takes) and start racking up Sandows and ASC trophies.

Doubtful.
He's a former Mr. Olympia. Every time they do that roll call, citing the Olympia winners, Dex will be among the ranks. He did what few (if any) thought he could do, what Wheeler, Levrone, Labrada, Ray, Gaspari, and Makaawy couldn't do. He won the big one.
With that said, I don't think it's right that the aforementioned multple-time runners-up get more press than guys who've won the Olympia just once (i.e. Dickerson, Bannout, and presently Jackson; I'm not counting Heath just yet).

Conspiracy! You're getting BS footage from Venice, so they can sell off Shitberger's gym as the new East Coast Mecca. I'm betting that video was edited and Dex and Charles havent seen it yet, but it's not like they can do anything. How convenient they left out one of Charles' hot bitches.

I'm always amazed by all those trying-to-reinvent-a-better-wheel exercises in Gold's. The Glass evangelism is strong here.
