You have to train hard bro......don`t believe otherwise.
-
What do you mean by 'train hard'? Heavy?
-
What we need is a never before seen glute spread.
Show me that and you'll be speaking my language. 8)
-

Well in his case, heavy worked well to say the least.
I like to train heavy with short rest periods.........heavy meaning, heavy for 5 reps, heavy for 12 reps, and so on.

Those monstrous lifts just took their toll on him.
If he had backed down on poundage in later years,he still would have been huge considering all the gear he was on and the food he was eating.

beast how much dis he just deadlift...
I`m not sure, but I would guess that those are 100 pound plates,so possibly over 600 pounds....again,not really sure though.
-
Just awesome. Still looks like a kid there.
-
I think the first time he deadlifts it's 750 lbs.
-

that's what i think too bro, unless you got the craziest response to drugs out there..
but then again .. training is the most fun part of the day :P

Yeah,I love to train as hard as I can.
If you are on gear and train like a pussy,it`s kind of a waste compared to being on gear and training like an animal.
-
he does a set with 100lb plates each side hats 750

Do you know how many sets he had done before that? You realize this is Ronnie Coleman in this video lol.
-
This guy is a total buffoon! He is getting high off of smelling salts. It's no wonder he is a dumb as a brick. Sniffing those every second and the amount of drugs in his body has made his brain pea sized!

my mistake i forgot about that one....
thats a great vid...
-
looks a little overextended on the deadlift movement.
perhaps thats why his back is totally fucked hmmm?
-
Doesn't matter if it took a toll training heavy he already won 8 olympias!! Jay, heath will never catch up and they are nothing special when it comes to training
-
damn that was intense
-
Everyone always says Yates trained harder, but did he really? Yeah, he did a lot of drop sets on curls (ooh), but if you look how Yates trained the compound movements in B&G (Incline, leg press, rows etc) he wasn't any more "intense" than Coleman is here. I know it's heresy but I think Yates' intensity is quite over rated.
-
coleman trained a lot harder than yates... there is coleman then there's everyone else.. IMO
