Haha that stuff prob takes like pure shit. I remeber the weight gainer shakes back in the day. You leave that stuff in a cup for a day it turns to cement! That can't be good for your stomach. Complete garbage!

i still remember like a nightmare the terrible acid reflux and nausea i got for days after i had a Dymatize 12h (blueberry muffin flav) oh my...i wish i had spitted/puked that shit. No shakes in years and very happy.
