ECA to wake up(which barely works anymore as a stimulant) strong cup of coffee.
Before workout ECA and strong up of coffee at 4pm. Taken only for energy not fat burning. Need to cycle off all stimulants just to get that kick back.

A cup o' joe has become a pre-session ritual. Does it help, physically? Don't know, really, but the taste and smell has become synonymous with lifting (I rarely drink it otherwise), so it helps in this way.

You really don't need the "A". All that aspirin is thinning your blood. Don't get in any serious accidents... you'll never stop bleeding.

Just coffee and some carbs. I never do anything complicated and I don't use these overpriced pre-workout stacks.

Used to drink 6-8 cups of coffee before working out. Switched to drinking just one big cup and taking ~600mg of caffeine powder before working out. Def helps keeping energy levels up.

I take a stimulant before I workout if I need to. Sometimes when I get home from work at 8 at night and have been up since 6 AM, I need the stim just give me a nice energy kick in the gym.

i havea bottle of pure caffiene anyhrous powder. i take 1/4 teaspoon mixed into a glass of water about 45 minutes prior to workout.

I take way too many stims.
I use ephedrine, drink tons of green tea, and use alpha yohimbe along with chocamine powder and other
energy boosters that contain various stims. I use to be very sensitive to them, but since bombarding my
adrenals with them, I can actually take a nap on stims. They say it is a sign of ADD when you can relax
on stims. I think that is true for me.

You are creating massive fatique in/of your adrenal glands. You will pay for this eventually.

Just switched from Coffee to caffeine tabs. Saved myself a boatload of money on not only the coffee but also fuel for the car.

I took 4 scoops of Anabolic Beast today, and had one of my best workouts ever. Crazy intensity and recovery between sets. I was walking around like a God damn maniac, lol! :D
And yeah, I probably wont get any sleep tonight as its still in my system.. God Im fucked, haha! ;D
