Big Terry Holland (6`6" and 400lbs) last workout before Arnold strongman contest and 9 plate deadlift like its nothing as well as 4 plate rowing.

Correct,at the 3.28 mark thats 7 plates on the bar and he lifts it as easy as a normal guy would lift 2 plates.

These types of strength athletes just further my dismay at what competitive bodybuilding has become. THESE guys are MEN. Not prancing, tanning, shaving, oiling wimps.

have you met him, crown ?  seems like a legit nice guy whenever i've seen him interviewed and whatnot.

this fella should be getting more public recognition like capes was getting back in the 80s. even glenn ross is somewhat famous. ross was on tv burp a bit back lol

Never met him brad,but one of my mates has,said he`s a nice guy to talk to,my mates 5`6" and 210lbs here,gives you an idea how big Terry is up close.

He`s one person who would do great in mma,got the height,weight and acheived black belt in judo when he was younger,plus ex rugby player.

He`s not 5% like a contest ready bodybuulder,but far from being fat..............agreed.

He is way too heavy, too slow, too little stamina, and has no punching or kicking experience, so he would fail totally at MMA. Just being tall and heavy doesn't automatically mean someone will do well at MMA...
