No it's up to each state I think. There are definitely casinos in states other than Nevada.

Nevada was historically the only state that had legalized gambling for a quite a while. In the last 20 years or so it's spread more as states look for new revenue sources.

I went down to San Diego 2 weeks ago and me and. The GF hit up an Indian casino called Barona and man that joint had a great buffet best one I ever eat at.... Casino was very Vegas like too
