why does arnold himself tolerate such a decision by the judges, is he blind too?

If this is the case, then they should just give him the Olympia over Phil.  Branch is just compacted muscle on a Lee Priest type frame.  Even Phil can't beat him on that judging criteria.

Because Arnold got some gifts and was on the winning end of crooked contests.
Please, you cant get pissed about who wins these thong shows, its all about who they think will sell more. (Supps, Mags, etc).
Fixed since day 1.
Schmoe Weeder never did a thing to make it legit, just made it more of a gay freak show.
