Title: ARNOLD EXPO...SUCKS
Post by: 1baugh on March 04, 2012, 03:30:43 PM: I have been going to the expo since it was at Vet's Memorial across town. Although it has been gradually getting worse, this year takes the cake.

I'm not talking about the samples getting smaller or the free t-shirts being almost non-existent. I am simply sickened by the lines, or should I say, HORDE. I love martial arts and gymnastics, but MOVE them! The convention center has room to hold these events elsewhere. It would open up the space to allow SOME type of traffic flow. Anyone who has gone in the recent years knows exactly what I'm talking about. There is simply NO ROOM. When you honestly can't move, and the crowd is at a standstill for 10 minutes at a time, something is wrong.

I love the event, and I will be there again next year, but if the powers that be have ANY questions about the experience, I suggest they try and get from one end of the convention hall to the next without coming to a dead stop, carpet bombed by protein farts, and getting trampled by a MMA wannabe.

Post by: 20inch calves on March 04, 2012, 05:56:49 PM: i now go on friday. use to go both days but i just can't stand the crowds anymore. i remember when i would walk out with 40 sample packs of protein and 6 t shirts. now you wait in line for an hour for a med size t shirt and a couple of samples. to top it off you have to put give them an email address so they can bug you. yeah i miss when it was smaller

i like mma but its annoying being there also
