 This pic is from the 1994 MR O. He did not train his upper body at all for 6 weeks prior to the show (because of a torn bicep injury caused by doing barbell rows with 440LB). I know that he is far from his best. But to retain his size with ZERO training shows that he had great genetics and an unreal response to drugs.

				bullshit I'm sure he did some cable shit and things like that

				implants.

				Didnt train upper body-- ::)
 Iam sure he still trained around the injury with lighter weights/cables--
-
				One of his favorite back exercises is the Nautilus pullover, and it just requires a person to push with the elbows. I imagine he did quite a bit more of it in those weeks leading up to the show.

				6 weeks isn't that long stretch of a time regardless. Just up the dose!

 If I could just leave my body for a night

 What the hell does that mean?  ;D
-
				training is just the finishing touch.

				He actually was training.  I remember him saying that, after the biceps injury, it took him a little time to curl the 25's again.  Of that, he even said sarcastically, "What a beast."

 It does seem like he couldn't train some weeks for one of his shows -- maybe the '97 Olympia?  I vaguely recall a blurb about him not lifting for three weeks before the contest :?:

 But three weeks, six ... up the gH enough and it'd probably actually help him come in bigger.
