Apparently “Romneying” — defined as “accidentally bragging about your place high up in the economic stratosphere” — runs in the family.
His wife, Ann Romney, inexplicably talked about her wealth this afternoon during an interview on Fox News. “We can be poor in spirit, and I don’t even consider myself wealthy, which is an interesting thing, it can be here today and gone tomorrow,” she said.

I have been listening to some of Breitbarts old clips. He was a genius in how he dissected the media filters and narratives that are created and foisted on us.
I really think he was offed the more I think about it when looking at the accumulating circumstances and he more than most others threatend the existing order.

It sounds like she does not consider her material wealth as something that can be counted on (and she's right) and she may not feel it is hers but her God's.....but yes, what she said can sound crazy and even insulting to a lot of people.

it may be a sympton of the bigger problem. Romney simply doesn't understand the WORLD that 300 million americans live in.
he doesn't have to go to grocery stores, drive thrus. He doesn't know what the car repair district looks like in most towns. He doesn't know what people talk about when they're chilling on the street corner all day. He doesn't know the FRUSTRATION that most people have.
He's never had to worry about money. Can you IMAGINE that? A guy who has always had a million bucks in his bank account his entire life. When he talks to poor people - he REALLY desn't konw what they're feeling. You can't describe the uncertain feeling of "I'm broke and there aren't any options for me..." Well, all of us probably can. Mitt can't.
SO IMO, a brokered convention is going to be needed to save the GOP's chances. Mitt will continue this - and if he's polling down 12 points to obama in september, he's going to throw wild pitches on the fly - and we'll get even worse gaffes.
