His lifts are very impressive. Good form on the bench and incline. Weight is a bit heavy on the curls, but at least he pushes himself until failure.

Great legs, forearms, and legs. If he maybe 5% bodyfat he would look very good. 8)

His form on squats suck. He does that partial squat/rep thing like he is trying to push one out.
And he has looked the same for the past 2-3 yrs.

but he has improved. he still has a better frame than the majority of idiots who are natural and a strong passion for lifting. also his bench press form is decent and not bad for someone not on alot of gear. If he just shut up and trained and didn't try show off then he would be fine. But you always get these kinds of people in the gym ;D. The kind of guys you and your friend look at and facepalm.
