Hulk Hogan claims a sex tape allegedly featuring him and a mystery brunette was "secretly filmed".
The legendary wrestler is furious about the recording - which is currently being offered for sale to porn companies - and has branded it an "outrageous invasion of privacy".
According to TMZ.com, the footage shows the 58-year-old WWE champion - real name Terry Bollea - getting intimate with an unidentified brown-haired woman who is not thought to be his blonde wife Jennifer McDaniel or ex-wife Linda Hogan.
However, it is not know when the tape was made.
His lawyer David Houston, told the website: "Terry Bollea is appalled at the unauthorized release of a secretly filmed video.
"(Hulk) neither approved of the filming nor the release of the same. It is clearly an outrageous invasion of privacy and breach of trust if it is genuine.
"We will take all necessary steps to enforce both civil and criminal liability."
Steve Hirch, the founder of adult company Vivid Entertainment, claims he was offered the recording for a price, although the person offering the sale has not been identified.
Hulk has already taken legal action against ex-wife Linda - who he was married to for 23 years before their 2009 split - over allegations she lied and defamed him in her book 'Wrestling the Hulk - My Life Against the Ropes'.
In it she claimed her husband had physically abused her and had a homosexual relationship with another wrestler.
She wrote: "Hulk tore my shirt, threw lamps, and held me down on the bed with his hands around my throat during arguments.
"I was always afraid he would kill me in one of his rages."
In retaliation, Hulk filed an 18-page lawsuit in Florida last December.

A sex tape featuring legendary wrestler Hulk Hogan has surfaced -- and TMZ has learned, it's currently being shopped to a major porn studio.

We've seen a portion of the grainy footage -- featuring Hulk getting undressed and a naked, unidentified brunette lying on a bed. The woman is NOT his ex-wife Linda or his current wife Jennifer McDaniel.

In the clip, Hulk pulls his shirt off and brags to his companion, "I started to work out again." Hulk then runs his hands through his blonde hair like he always does.

The best part ... Hulk's thong-shaped tan line.

It's unclear when the tape was shot -- but Vivid honcho Steve Hirsch tells TMZ, he was approached with the tape very recently by a third party.

So far, no word on whether Hirsch or anyone else has made an offer to buy the tape.

Hulk did not have an immediate comment.
