i was wondering if you guys drink alot of fruit juice. like grap, apple and etc??

I love 100% juice drinks. I do not drink them A LOT. But once in a while, like a breakfast beverage, can be great.

i was to to gain some LBS and read how flex wheeler would drink grap juice alot in the offseason. so its bad idea right??

It has a lot of sugar....i dont think anything in large amounts is good. Except maybe sex....
