this is the ONLY way i can do raw greens such as turnip and mustard greens
ive tried everykind of veggie with fruit shake and they all pretty much suck
but i know i NEED those greens because i have eating alot of raw greens in the past and always helped me get in wicked shape
somewhere along the line when i quit smoking weed and kinda drifted off of my eating greens is where my downfall started
when i smoked weed i had infinite psychotic energy, this psychosis made it very simple to consume raw greens like turnip, collard, mustard greens, kale ect
now today i was really wanting to eat these greens and the only way i could get myself to do it was with the rootbeer since its super sweet. and you know it worked im sure some initial placebo but i really felt it. im going to eat a whole bag of greens per day thats
1000% rda of vitamin A
450% rda of vitamin c
not sure how much vitamin k but i know its probably near 1000% not 100 but 1000%
im sure ill eat even more than a bag as time goes on . chasing it with rootbeer makes for a very smoothly sweet drink effect.
ill still eat other normal food like
black eyed peas with 1 chocolate chip cookie
rice with eggplant parmesean
green bean casserole
beans and rice
grape juice
bananas
tomato sandwiches
ect
ect

so are you trying to get into top physical condition, or are you just trying to improve your health, or a maybe a combination of both? or do you have some other goal with regards to all of this?

dont worry young master falcon, just see if this eating routine makes sense in your mind, that is what is important.
this is a recent revelation based upon years of knowledge, so therefore conclude that i am on my way to greatness once again

i think i could get in real good condition with this , not super shredded but have decent abs and fullness , im not restricting so much as in a traditional diet but the greens and rootbeer will restrict other foods, taking up more mass and filling all nutrient voids i may have , also the bulk is good for satiation
you cant go wrong with raw greens with what they provide enzyme wise and nutritional , top quality amino acids

eat your other normal "healthy" foods, get a nice variety, dont restrict.....
the only things i find that give me really instantaneous energy are
coco chocolate drink in the morning (doesnt really work when taken at other times of the day for me)
greens and root beer work anytime of the day for energy
all other foods dont really give me a spike of energy but i still consume them for taste

raw veggies are probably the most healthly thing that one can eat, and i really do need to try and incorporate more of them within my normal diet of pizzas, chesseburgers, fries, and chococlate bars ;D
but remember man, you really gotta train hard to get into top physical condition

yes always steroid free except for weed and caffiene. havent done weed in like 4 years

ive been eating excess calories for a few years now. it reaches a point where you stop gaining fat im 315 now im 6feet6 and no i dont look good "right now", but i will
the excess calories are energy that can either be locked up and stored to fat or unleashed and used for energy if you eat enough raw greens IMO. that is what im testing out now because ive done it before, but before i wasnt this heavy and fat..
but i have no choice other than to do it this way, this way is the only way i can maximize the greens in my diet.
dieting strict would mess me up at my job id be way to tired to mow and paint
but i will workout as much as i can
this diet is hyper nutrition, i should recover fast with all the greens and excess calories. its not like ive eating 6000 calories per day to weigh 315, i probably averaged 3000-4000 calories a day. i think much of the weightgain could be from rebound weight gain from years of being hard on my body with dieting and exercise, so my rebound was mostly fat then muscle and water weight

impressive physique for no steroid use. so what did you eat if u remember ona day to day basis when u got into that condition? low calories, adonis principles, bodybuilding style of eating? what? :p

i would eat as little as possible and have occaisonal binge eating habits that i couldnt control i was a big time binge eater but could diet on under 1000 calories a dayfor atleast a week at a time before binging

awesome work for boiling it down to a science
would also add to stay away from pm chocolate ingestion, for me personally it messes with the sleep cycle to easy.

Do you only eat veg raw? If not, you can make delicious vegetable soups that are insanely concentrated with nutrients.

i know i know i just hate doing that , i CANT do it, the weed helped big time when dieting cause you could be stoned when your hungry from dieting, it made it easier for your mind to cope

yeah i dont wanna suffer , i suffer in other ways of life some would say, i like to maximize my nutrition without minimalizing my calories
right now i kinda crashed from working pretty tired even though ive eatin alot of greens but this hot coco drink is perking me up.
i was drinking a beer and only drank half of it and was like "fuck this" its not helping me keeping me awake so whats the point in drinking it
now the coco isnt strong like coffee, but its strong enough

when i woke up today it was like my eyes were so fucking dry like i had smoked 10 blunts. so today i drank tons and tons of water and tons of greens with a rootbeer chaser. felt great and am getting in a decent workout
all the perfected diets in the world wont get you anywhere unless you got tons of water in your system
