I am puffy at night and drier in the morning .. I'd say I am about 8-9% at most ...

so why is this a benchmark for big arms? I thought big begins at around 48cm

I don;t train thighs only calves ... this thin brunette with big tits and long hair was laying next to me last night and asked me why my thighs are so big. I smiled and said I don't train them. Most of my gains are upperbody..
