After cardio I usually feel like that.  Probably reason is loss of water thru sweat and glycogen is being used up..   = flat!

Quite the opposite.  I always feel pretty crazy swole and pumped up to the max, love that feeling, but i'm also usually pretty exhausted!

you don't need to do cardio very often

Yeah, it probably is a combo of glycogen depletion plus water loss through sweat... Although I've gone through 2+ litres of water during workouts before and still get the feeling... my workouts tend to last about 90 mins and seems to occur at about the hour mark then feel flat for several hours after till I get a few meals in me.  Ive tried every kind of nutritional combo around my workouts high cals, high carbs, high protein, bcaas... never really made a difference.... kinda learnd to just live with it now, just need to minimize all human interactions during those hours :D

If a few hours later and I've had a meal, I start feeling skinny fat it usually means I'm not in good condition.

I like to be conditioned enough that I can finish my workout, put two meals down and still look jacked and shredded. If I look like anything else then I'm not doing something right. I hate feeling bloated and shitty unless it's after binge eating. And even after that, I don't like swelling up to a skinny-fat looking bitch.

I just started doing it hard again after reading some of smootcats posts got me motivated again. I use to be a cardio machine back in the day. I was a middle distance runner. I have the lungs and heart for it. It just takes a few sessions to get going again.

I feel way better about myself after a few sessions. So much healthier I sleep better at night I feel more confident. You have to get that blood pumping and your heart rate up. If you're abusing aas it's very important to keep your heart strong. I really think intense cardio sessions are the key to that.

No doubt. I am finally back in the gym after a layoff and am starting to dial everything back up. Today was the first day I stepped up my water intake to a gallon and what a diff. I feel, felt great at the gym. Like I could smash through a brick wall, that could be the tren though too HAHA!

You are problably overdoing it. Try to reduce exercises/sets but keep the intensity.
Read some mike mentzer HIT.
Some people just don't coup with the workouts that we read in flex magazines.

Ya man I feel flat as hell after. I did 40 minutes high intensity last night. When I looked in the mirror I looked 20 pounds lighter. You fill back up quick though after a few meals and some sleep.

That is because you are loaded with estrogen, your female hormone are making you weak that is why you are emotional and crying life would be easier for you if you accept the fact that you are a she bitch put on some panties and go hunt some dick.

Well there's your problem..
No SHIT you're gonna feel like shit + small, flat, deflated and weak post workout after training for 90 mins.
Why would you workout for longer than 45 minutes??? 10-14 sets and you're DONE. WTF do you (& others) do for 90 damn minutes? Sit around for 10 mins in between sets checking out ass? Do your set, which takes what.. 30 seconds? Rest for 2 mins, repeat x12. That's about 30 minutes.
Drink about half a litre right before your workout, about 150ml between every set (don't worry what the fat insecure ignorant homos say about constantly drinking water and carrying a bottle around the gym), keep your heart rate up by taking shorter rest periods + flexing/squeezing your muscles between sets.. and you'll walk out of there 40 mins later with an epic pump feeling god-like.

Note for noobs & idiots: The pump = fluid intake + workout intensity (& obviously dbol, test... for the juicers). If you don't drink enough, you'll NEVER get fully pumped. If you don't train hard/fast enough, you'll NEVER get fully pumped. After around the 50 minute mark, for whatever scientific/nerd-like reason, the excess fluid/blood starts leaving your muscles (unless of course you're on the sauce) deflating you. Naturals who say "I stay pumped all day after working out" are delusional.

"Approved" Approved!  8)
