I took about a week off earlier this month. My return workout was sick. Huge pump I had one of my best workouts of the year. It's good to give your body a break sometimes. Every few months take a week off. It will do your body good.

Many weight training teacher's/trainers advocate working out only three times a week/every other day.

You might have benched 130 but Jason Genova still owns space in your head.

if your natural it realy don't matter for size your stuck for strength you train different. YOu train the lift not the muscles. If you bench your work maybe bench.close grip skull crushers and chins. YOu can get stronger not bigger natural for long.

Full body split?

I have been advised no...you need total recuperation.
