Pretty sure anyone who can see 17+ on the tape is juicing. Maybe if you are 6'2+ tall you can exceed that.

depends on bone size and genetics

When I say the limit that includes genetics. An average height 5'10 has never ever seen the number 17 in contest shape. Agree?
-
No i disagree.
You need good genetics. 5'10 around 17.

Depends on the person and what he weighs, not how tall he is.

contest conditioning is completely different from 10%, especially for a natural. a natural will be flat as hell when natural and at 5%, ignore layne norton's look because he's obviously on something. for a natural to go down to 5% it's exceedingly difficult, but 17 inch arms at 10% isn't unrealistic

how low bodyfat realisticly can a natural go before he gets flat and starts to lose muscle?
-
lol, no.
-
Yeah, I'd say 17 inch arms is about the absolute most a natty can get, and that's with better than average genetics. I'd say 16 to 16.5 inches is what the genetically average natty can hope for after years of hard training and dieting.

no one is specifying a body fat % for 17 inch arms. Its this 12% or 7%??
