is it true steroids also grow the head? a getbigger reported his helmet didnt fit anymore

well water retention on the head and a full head of hair can make a huge difference in terms of fit when it comes to head attire

arnold did experimented cadavar gh according to Mr.15, but not sure if the rest in that pic did that too.
