some truth to this if you think about it, in the respect that too peaked biceps don't look good. a bicep should really be full looking, so it needs to have a large round belly, thick and with a mild rounded peak. not a pointy peak. ronnie coleman actually has too pointy of a peak.

arnold had incredible biceps. levrone has good biceps.

On this old pic, with the lifetime nachural liar beside him, his calfs doesn't look that shabby!
