The guy played Division 1 basketball. Watch this video of him as a high school player... the commentators talk about his ability to dunk with ease while being only 5'10" and he drains a deep 3 at about 8:17 in the video... pretty impressive IMO...

Phil claims bodybuilding is the hardest sport in the world. If that is the case, why didn't he put all his energy into becoming an NBA superstar making 20 million a year. Surly if bodybuilding is the hardest "sport" in the world and Heath made it to the very top of that sport, the NBA would be a cake walk ::)
