conventional bro science says you need 2g protein per pound. 25g of protein per chicken breast therefore, assuming you're normal size, you need to eat about 12-16 chicken breasts per day bro hahaha...

I eat an average of 2.5lbs of chicken/fish/beef daily.

but sport science says 2grams per kilo bodyweight so that puts me at 170grams per day
but if you subtract all the rice proteins from that and potato proteins pasta proteins
how much left

Those are all incomplete proteins from grains.
I know that if you eat meat with them they become complete but I only count protein from animal sources.

Anyone that`s serious doesn`t count protein from fucking rice into their daily intake of protein,trust me on that.
It`s just the right way to do it.

bodybuilders are the only ones who disregard plant protein

i had some lovely free range chicken breast t'other night. for a start the flesh is a lot firmer and a lot less fucking waterlogged. then there's a nice yellowish colour to the flesh. the skin is not as thick or has tons of god awful fat beneath it.. and crisps and goes a beautiful golden colour. its said that there's no taste difference between free range and factory farmed hell birds. i call bullshit :)

Looks like three breast to me unless they are sliced super thin from one piece. ???

2. Because it's only absorbed at a 50-75% rate
Count the calories, not the "protein" of plant sources.
