i tell you guys, i saw his new pics and he blew up in only 2 months!
gained like 20kg in that time
i know haters gonna hate but you would be shocked if you guys saw his new pics!
not gonna post them, u just gotta believe me

Yes I am not happy about the other day, she calls me at lunchtime to say that some gypsy is coming round to collect the broken fridge from the front garden......next thing I know she's calling me up crying saying that some 'twinky' romanian had tried to force his way in, but luckily she had been benching 20kg recently so was able to push the door closed ;D

Gaining weight means nothing, i have gained 30 pounds in less then 5 days, weight means shit, the only thing that counts is lean muscle gained, everything else counts for nothing., Seve could be a fat fuck by now, just kidding Sev ;)

Feels good to be big. I get compliments everywhere. I hate the sides and cannot wait to end all this shit and look and feel normal and healthy at 180 lbs. But I will admit it looks very impressive to say the least.

I'm amazed you get that heavy Sev. How tall are you again. I always thought we had similar genetics. Your legs blow up way bigger than mine though. I never got past 210 being lean. I got up to 225 bloated as fuck. It looked bad though.

This time around I don't train legs at all except calves.
For the millionth time: in the past (10+ years ago) I got as heavy as 245 in shape but have no pics from back then. So this is why I blow up so fast. I have been here before. I am bloated all right. I want to lean out a bit then quit. It is not fun and I hate how it makes me feel. I cannot wait to detox and eat organic and look and feel healthy. This is insanity if you ask me.
