Title: Obsessively searching for and extracting information out of the universe
Post by: Rami on March 21, 2012, 01:57:50 PM
This means something, think about it.

Why is this so important for man to seek out information? We could easily have chosen just to live on, like some cultures on earth. Instead we build CERN to gain even further knowledge. It must mean consciousness existed before the universe was created. How could something evolve with an incentive to find out what it is if it didn't exist before?

Surely this is proof of intelligence and consciousness before the universe and of the universe itself!

Or could be proof of intellegent design and a spriritual relationship with humans

its not proof of anything but the fact we can dream of eternity and have knowledge of our own death certainly seems to be counter intuitive to the purely physicalist notion of the world.

you care too much you fucking flesh bag, excrement-filled dust mite. pondering about life is unimportant. What is important is that we advance to create a more comfortable existence.

intelligence evolved because the smartest apes had advantages over others and this trait is good for our survival. it evolved to the point we are very smart and start to question ourselves because those analytical traits probably helped our survival, or is a side effect of the intelligence level that was most successful in spreading their genes..

so the incentive, is not to learn things, the incentive is to procreate. that's why we are smart.

I see "lesser beings" procreate just fine, (actually even more than their counterparts)

no the incentive for the modern human or even the caveman human was NOT to procreate it was to fulfill hunger and fulfill sexual desires and to enjoy

if we take this line of proper thinking into anatomical structures we can figure out the frame work/psychology of all chemical elemental reactions
