I hate the general mentality that the big fat guy is tough, Newsflash, theres a reason they are fat, they dont move very much, are weak and slow because they dont exercise and are too heavy.Ill always take the stick lean guy over some fat heffer who thinks he can fight because he spent 20 years being a slob.

Amazed at how casually a policeman will pull a 50,000 volt lethal weapon from his holster and just casually use it on whomever he thinks is the offender. Not only do you have to worry about whoever attacks you in society, you also have to worry about being tasered while defending yourself. Police are fucked up, man - I cant believe the 99% haven't risen up yet to overthrow this Elitist Shithole!

two things... fat guys are usually alot stronger than skinny guys when they've both done hardly any training...fat people get strong all over as they carry alot of weight around..

also, yes, he was defending himself, but defence doesnt cover beating someone when they are down..thats when defence turns into assault.
the legal definition and ruling is "defence is enough force to prevent an attack, that is reasonable and appropriate".
assault is when someone is under no threat, or no perceived threat, and you are aggressive towards them.
in other words, defence doesnt cover you kicking some guys ass cos he tried to kick yours...unless of course u KO'd him when you were both going at it.

A cop sees a fight and he's there to break it up. Not to hold court to see who is responsible, idiot. What would you do seeing two guys fighting and it's your job to break it up? Start throwing down punches and take downs exposing your own weapon or put an end to the fight the easiest way? Guys like you are always going to blame the cops for every ticket and arrest they get involved with.

I have broken up many fights, not that hard - I have never owned a taser or a gun, yet I have defended myself against 3 attackers, one with a weapon - not to get pendantic - but 50,000 volts is a little overkill for breaking up two guys fighting. I actually live in Melbourne, which is even more of a Police State the NSW, of all the Police shootings in Australia, the Victorian Police have committed over half of them, and the NSW Force makes up a fair amount as well. As for the Young Brazilian Man they Tasered and killed the other day in another display of cowardly and inept policing - it turns out the young man is from a well connected well to do family and is putting political pressure to get to the bottom of it, as evertone knows how corrupt our Australian Police Forces are, the whole of the Indian Media labeled the Victorian police force as racist - it is no secret to locals the tactics police use over here. Anyway, it appears the young man may not have stolen anything, he was worried about his recently expired Visa, and he hadn't been over here too long, and I think his English wasn't so good, and i know how intimidating the Police over here can be, young man was afraid, his dying words were "Help me" while 6 police Officers chased him and subdued him with capsicum spray while 3 officers tasered him until he died. And I can almost guarantee, their actions will be considered justified, and to top it off (and this is fair dinkum) they will give those brave officers a medal. It is sickening the way shit works over here!
