Serious underbite, and unable to run as fast as his leaner and less muscled counterparts.
Usually, these type of mutations are put to sleep as puppies, because they are hindered by their muscle, and cannot run as fast. Also, the undershot jaw doesn't conform with breed standards and gives the dog a stupid look, and prolly hinders mastication...

This apparently shows up in Whippets, but not Greyhounds, and this is the third and most extreme bodytype. There is the lean regular version, then a more muscular version, then this extremely rare, extremely muscled version.
